Welcome to Jill's Handmade Stuff/Country Corner Sewing! Most items are made in a few days but my memory bears do have a longer lead time. My shop has been on etsy for 11 years. I love to knit and sew. My shop specializes in SNAG FREE stitch markers and Portuguese knitting pins and other knitting and crochet tools. I sew handbags and memory and keepsake stuffed animals. I also carry many other handmade creations to put a smile on your face. You will find keychains, badge reels, eyeglass holders, scissor fobs for quilters, fridge magnets, and beaded jewelry.

5 out of 5 starsTwo great memory bears for a son and granddaughter made for Mom/Grandma's shirts. Very well made and shipped to 2 addresses as I requested. My only complaint was when I was ordering the delivery window was one thing, but after I placed the order it, it immediately changed by almost a month. Overall it was worth the wait, even though I missed a targeted birthday date.

Thank you for your review. There was never a specific date communicated with me. when the order was placed the customer received a shipping date and the order shipped on time. if the expectation was for early shipping that needed to be communicated. I did accommodate shipping to 2different addresses and followed all of the customers specific clothing requests. I always try to do my best to accommodate a customers request and I communicate with each customer 3-4 times throughout the process of making the bears.

CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All items are handmade with care after your order is placed. CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING times can be found on the listed item's detail page.
Items MAY SHIP SOONER. Processing time is the amount of time needed to make your item & doesn't include shipping time. Processing time is determined by size & volume of orders being placed at the time of purchase. These times are subject to change during busy periods.
VARIATIONS
My items are made to order. The item you order will be made as pictured but due to variations between monitors and the uniqueness of the beads themselves, the items you receive may vary slightly in color or bead markings. Beads are purchased in large quantities to allow for repeating designs.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
I welcome custom order requests. Please contact me with your request through convo.
Custom orders require extra time (up to 9 business days) to complete. This is varies if the order is large. I will discuss that at the time of purchase.
Custom orders must be paid in full prior to any work starting. If the custom order is canceled after work starts the refund will only be 50% of the purchase price. I will accept up to 3 changes for 1 custom order, after that there will be a $3 charge per change.
No coupons or discounts may be applied to custom orders.
These orders are not eligible for return however in some cases an exchange may be granted at sellers discretion. Please review the invoice in detail prior to paying for the order.
WHAT SIZE DO I BUY?
Solid ring stitch markers are available in several sizes. They are not adjustable. You need to consider what kind of projects they will be used to create. A marker ring that is larger than your knitting needle can still be used. Example if you purchase rings that are sized to fit a US 11 needle you will be able to use it on all needles up to US11. It would not work on a US 13 needle. Some knitters like having several sizes on hand.
Does the item have a warranty?
Should your item break or have a defect I will work with you to provide a repair or replacement within the first 30 days. Please understand that after 30 days of use I am willing to repair an item if sent to me & the damage is fixable but this will be decided on a case by case basis. A refund will not be the resolution after 30 days.
I will always work with my customers to reach a reasonable solution if a problem occurs. If you have purchased tools please understand they are used heavily & they don't last forever and will need replaced eventually.
I can repair or re-work items that you purchased from me in the past for a fee. Please contact me if you are in need of this service.

Return Policy
I do accept returns & exchanges if you:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
If item arrives damaged it will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you change your mind about a purchase a return may be accepted if item is returned in original condition. A restocking fee of 30% will apply. If you used the item or it shows wear a 50% restocking fee applies.
NO RETURN on custom items.
BRACELET RETURN POLICY- Measure wrist carefully. If unsure about fit please purchase adjustable version. No refunds for size. Exchange may be accepted.
Return Conditions
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Shipping times can be found on the listing page prior to purchase. This only an estimate. During busy times items may take longer to arrive. Please note that my processing time does not change but I do not have control over the shipping carriers. I use USPS and UPS. UPS has shorter shipping time. Regardless of shipping method chosen there are no guaranteed delivery times and no refunds will be given due to shipping delays.
